During the recruitment process, we aim candidates with right education, experience and competences that best suit to the position and ICterra’s corporate culture and values.
As per the specifics of each and every vacancy, we evaluate the applications conveyed thru kariyer.net job portal or our own website as well as personal applications and past applications gathered in our database. After a detailed analysis of the pool of selected candidates, we invite favorable applicants to interview.
We conduct both face to face interviews and also tests to assess personality inventory, English language proficiency and technical competences. A shortlist is prepared as a result of the evaluations and then shared with the respective management team.
Finally we make a job offer to the most favorable candidate
Our Internship Process
As ICterra, we accept applications of intern candidates who are the students at Computer / Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of Universities’ Engineering Faculties, preferably in 3rd class, and wants not only to improve themselves but also to get a career in this sector, for the winter (January-February) and summer (June- September) periods each year.Since our internship quota is determined in accordance with our company needs, we are able to provide internship opportunity to a restricted number of student.Internship applications may be sent by an e-mail to “firstname.lastname@example.org” from November to December for the winter period and from March to April for the summer period.
